Title: Pinball audio recording question
Post by: EDC on March 13, 2018, 09:19:45 PM
What’s the best option for audio recording pinball matches?  Can a connector be made to record the audio straight off the audio board into a digital audio recorder?  I’ve been just putting one mike up against the speaker panel but should I also have one under the cab for the sub?  I only have a system 11 and a stern sam game atm.  Thanks

I'd use alligator clips to the speaker terminals, as every game is a little different.

if you take the signal straight from the speaker tabs into a digital recording device you will need a speaker-level to line-level converter

would this work, plugged into the mic jack on a PC/laptop or into your recorder?
