Recently picked up a beautiful RFM. The only issue was the SOL VUK would throw the ball in random directions (often right down the drain, depending on the pins "mood" that day:-). Discovered a damaged scoop (see pics). Fortunately, mantis amusements sells a beautiful replacement made of stainless steel. It's also adjustable, so you can dial it in. Game is a lot more fun when the SOL VUK is working properly!
I thought it was odd to see such an abused scoop on such a lightly played, HUO example. The rest of the pin (including the underside) looks like it was just taken out of the box. Is this scoop damage common on this title? Curious.
I think RFM is the most under-rated, under-valued pinball. I know PB2K was a flop, however this game excels on so many levels.
