Silverball Museum: tech position opening
« on: April 15, 2017, 02:05:33 PM »
Silverball Museum in Delray Beach is looking for a reliable and dependable person to fill in as technician on weekends and some weekdays.
Candidate will be servicing all kinds of coin-operated equipment.
Since I will be training the candidate, I would prefer someone with little to no hands-on experience, but a passion to learn a really cool skill. Some knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical is a plus.
Must have a drugfree history.
Please send me a PM if you know anyone that can fit the bill.
Thank you!
Marcel

Damn, wish I lived closer!
I've been trying to find out who services the machines at the Arcade Bar in Gainesville so that I could apply but have not had any luck.

Marcel, you should start an internship program at the museum over the summer. I would definitely attend, I want to learn the art of fixing machines!

I agree! I was hanging with him all day last Tuesday up there with our heads in machines, and time just flew! He is a great teacher, and a wealth of knowledge!
