This Trivia game is for sale up here. Was looking at the pic and thinking maybe its a Nibbler cab?

Berzerk has front doors to remove the boards...need a better side view.

Could be a scramble cabinet as well

Scramble sounds good.  Rockola made the Nibbler, and that cabinet is very close to this Stern size and shape.  Also, it was a kit, and probably a lot of them made it into cabinets like this, as you need a vertical monitor.

It's a very standard stern cabinet, likely a super cobra and the like.  Not berzerk or frenzy, nothing like a nibbler in any way lol.
