Room @ the Inn ??

Called double tree today to reserve my room. Seems I’m a little late. They tell me it’s booked and no call back service for a cancellation??
Anybody canceling let me know, looking for 17th n 18th, just prefer to stay on location.

I have our contact looking into it.   Keep in mind this is also the same weekend as the "Florida Classic" so a lot of hotels will be selling out.

Note, our block reservation technically ended a few days ago, But i will push to try to get more rooms.

There are a bunch of hotels within walking distance.  I stayed at the Extended Stay America last year.  A friend stayed at the Hawthorn Suites.  There's also a Days Inn over on the north side of 528, still walking distance (0.6 mi) with sidewalks all the way.

Cool I booked a room a mile away for the first night, using points so its free and I can probably get a late checkout so that should work. Anyone to get notified if a room opens up on Friday?

Hi guy! I was able to book a room at the Rosen Center. They appear to have rooms open and walking distance from DoubleTree. 1 king bed for 1 night was $70 + tax

When I tried to book at the Doubletree a few weeks ago through the FPF link, they were sold out. However, when I hopped over to the IAAPA hotels page, I was able to score a booking. Doubletree is now unavailable, but you can book at the Clarion Inn (.6 miles away) for $98 for a king bed. 35 rooms left as of this posting.
