RIP Stephen Hawking
« on: March 14, 2018, 01:01:47 AM »
Quote
He died peacefully at his home in Cambridge in the early hours of Wednesday, his family said.

The Briton was known for his work with black holes and relativity, and wrote several popular science books including A Brief History of Time.

"We are deeply saddened that our beloved father passed away today," his children said.

At the age of 22 Stephen Hawking was given only a few years to live after being diagnosed with a rare form of motor neurone disease.

H & I, Hero's and Icon's will be showing a special tribute to him tomorrow, 3/16/18 on STTNG.  The before episode mentioned where he is playing poker with Data, Albert Einstein and Isaac Newton.
