run malwarebytes and ccleaner, you've just got extra hidden crap on your system. basically, you go to a website, and 10 other websites are pulling specs, your info and buying habits, and sending ads incognito. also, if you use chrome (i would), install adblock.
those specs are good. in my eyes, damm good. i only upgraded my office PC from a core2 duo 8 months ago, just because a better spec'd machine came in on recycling.
but in reality, i can still run smooth on any website with chrome and adblock, running old school xp off an add-on wifi card, with a gig of memory.
windows 10 is also a hog with issues behind-the-scenes, but that's an entire different conversation.
